PROJECT: Bayship & Yacht Documentary + Recruitment Campaign
CLIENT: Bayship & Yacht
WORK REQUIRED: Produce, write, direct, shoot, and edit a short documentary film that celebrates the 30th year anniversary of Bayship & Yacht and features the two founding partners. Use outtakes from the documentary to produce four recruitment videos.

PRODUCTION BACKSTORY: Tell the Bayship and Yacht heritage story through the eyes of the founders. Interweave the history with interviews from current and former staff and management. Craft a series of questions that are focused on the history of the company and also what it's like to work there and why working on boats is cool. Capture beautiful footage of the yard from land, sea, and air and weave everything together to tell a series of stories that explain how the company came to be, and why it's a great place to work.
